Info: Sarah is one of the high ranking Backdraft officers along with Altail. And just like Altail, she also had the plans to take over the organization using the Ultimate X Berserk Fury. But her strategy involved lying low, letting Altail find the Ultimate X and then she swooped down. Sarah is a very smart woman and just like Vega, is able to asses the situation in a matter of seconds in the worst of situations. Very authorative and decisive, she sticks to her goals unless its absolutely impossible to achieve. She treats Vega very much like if he were her son, which opens up the question of wether she is. Most likely she is in fact his mother (see theories section). She cares for him and although is aware that he is capable of taking care of himself, she still deeply cares for his well-being just like any caring mother_
