Info: Dr. Toros is the owner of the Blitz team and oversees all of its battles and financial matters. A very smart man, he is responsible for many creations like the Liger conversion system and his flagship, the high-tech Hover Cargo. He can tell the enemy's battle strategy in no time and sometimes offers advide to the team, or comes up with solutions to help the team win. And other times he just marvels at the enemies Zoids, wishing that he had one of those. But as with all geniuses he has wierd side. Aside from the fact that he stands on his head to think better, talks to his Zoids models, and won't go to the beach because he is embarrased of not knowing how to swim, he is one serious shopaholic. He is constantly buying all sorts of components usually because "it looks cool". He sometimes even steals money away from the team members to buy the parts. Known as Doc by the team, he is very positive minded but can quicly change his mind when it comes to battles. His best friend is Oscar(Jammie's dad) since Leyon got mad at him for the whole letter thing which ended in Dr. Toros marrying the girl Leyon adored. He usually can deflect any insult, unless if its about his Hover Cargo. Even though he is the oldest member of the team, he's probably the most childish, but remember if he has a P.h.d, it all makes sense_
